Over the last 18months we have been integrating our custom tours service into all that we do here at Roughsmoke. As we advance we will update the service here with calenders of available times/dates. But have a look here to see what we do!
Should you be planning on a visit to Japan - then contact us with the dates you are here and we can help plan your itinerary and make your trip from an ordinary one into a lifetime memory!
We hope to hear from you soon!
We can include pretty much anything into your trip - be it the sights of Tokyo Tower in the first shot and riding in to the famous Daikoku PA above and catch a night meet with all types of cars that may come and go, every night is a suprise at this famous parking area!
The circuit days are our most recieved request. That could up at an soukoukai event in the North with our friends from Nikko Circuit, or be it down south with the crazy Kansai drifters such as Nakamura-Sama!
Here we'll show some of our shots from a recent customer tour put together at the last minute for customer looking to tour in Osaka for a day.. We offer single day to full week tours. So email us with your needs and we'll be able to hook you up!
Upon our collection of our guests from the door of their hotel - and of course a much needed coffee re-fill - We headed out to our first location. It was none other than Signal Auto!
This shop back in the day was key for sponsoring such drivrs as Kazuya Bai and the late and freat Atsushi Kuroi. Our North American followers may also recall the Signal car that competed in D1-USA..
A garage to the side of the main shop caters for all tuning needs that their customers may need, whilst having also this main gallery/staging area that our guests were super keen to check out.
Shop CEO Kida-Sama was busy so we headed into his personal trohpy display and business room so we relax and check out some of the classic reading material such as these old editions of Super Street!
After some talks with the staff we bid our farewells so not to disrupt our friends any further and I promised to get back in touch with them soon. We jumped into our car for the day and checked out our next stop of the list - none other than an obligatory UP-Garage stop!
With something always on offer, UP-Garage is a fun place to visit. For larger items such as wheels or other parts that you may wish to puchase but cannot take back with you then we can arrange to have goods directed to our office and we can arrnage post back to your home country to your door. Even if you don't visit Japan then check out our Yahoo Auction and UP-Garage purchase service also as well as our online store for new parts!
Always remember your friends.. Our guests were straight back on the phones to check of which awesome goods may be required by their friends back in their homeland.
After a stock up on said merchandise we headed across the city to see what was going on at one of Japan's well know tuning shops - J's Racing!
A renowned name in the tuning field both here and abroad we got to see a number of cars being worked upon.
Time for lunch at one of the local Japanese food houses.. Our guests were still a little dubious at some of the local cuisine, so we engaged in some light Japanese dishes to get their taste buds acustomed to some of the Kansai menu!
Once our energy levels had returned we got to head over to D2 Motorworks. Our customers having their experiences translated to the staff and exchanging car stories from opposite sides of the globe.
The D2 Motorworks time attack S-Chassis..
We joined the expressway onto the famous C1 Loop - home to the notorious Kanjo racers - and headed south of Osaka City to catch up with one of our local shops - Auto Select..
A quick chat to the staff to see if we could park in the back (approved) so we may be able to suprise our guests with a sight to behold..
Achievement unlocked as were greeted by the sight I hoped we would, witht above NISMO GT-R, and this rather sweet White R-34. A plethera of other Skylines adorned the parking area and if you saw up FB updates from the day - the Auto Select 'Shark' R-34 was receiving some updates in the garage at the time we arrived.
We followed up our stops with quick jump into another nearby UP-Garage. So that's it for our brief look at one of our '1-Day' tours. Email us at email@example.com with information of the dates you may be visiting Japan and we can work with you to create your dream tour across Japan.
